California is the ultimate popular fashion & lifestyle destination offering a plethora of shopping hubs scattered around the place and they are worth your visit and every single penny you spend. Shopping is a form of art in California, I must say! A person like me, who is not so inclined towards shopping hauls, too got allured and fell in love with the idea of shop-till-you-drop while exploring California. The shopping hot spots in California throbs with hauntingly chic fashion collections soaking up the sunshine and excitement around them.
Road trip in California!
Before starting my California road trip, I visited my aunt in Los Gatos. There I shopped my heart out for the upcoming road trip and I was feeling so freaking happy, I can’t tell you! Shopping in California is a vibe and here I am enlisting five of the most celebrated and versatile shopping places in California where you’ll always want to go back & shop more!

San Francisco’s Union Square
If you’re around San Fransisco and get bitten by the shopping bug, this is the place you’ll want land in to enjoy mesmerizing retail therapy, world-class dining, and exciting nightlife. In the southern end of the square, on the market street, Westfield San Francisco Centre is there which is upmarket that offers indoor shopping experience. Walk the streets to find high-end showrooms of Tiffany & Co., Louis Vitton and so much more to the little quaint cafes tucked on the streets.
L.A. Shopping
Temptation alert ahead, you better put on blinders before you walk in! Rodeo drive in the Beverly hills is a must-go spot for every shopping lover out there (even if it’s for window shopping). The whole marketplace is studded with awe-inspiring boutique shops to get your hands on uber voguish garments including The Grove (an outdoor one-stop shopping center) and you may take a stroll to the Original Farmer’s Market to indulge in some food-oriented shopping as well.

First things first – I am so blessed to find this gem and I know where to go shopping while traveling in the US! It’s a chain of retail with over 740 outlets across the United States. It’s all about wearable and comfortable clothes and accessories that are trending & timeless. Did you know they support ethical & sustainable practices in the fashion fraternity? They have something for every kind of consumer and the quality is top-notch!

Known for its bustling environment, the Santee Alley is crowded with a vast flea market in the downtown alley where you can find good clothes, footwear, cosmetics, and whatnot at the best prices. Ladies, you got to roll up your sleeves for a lot of bargaining here!
Palm Desert
Make sure to visit the Palm Springs area with enough room in your suitcase. Here the wide artwork and flower trimmed street called El Paseo is adorned with exclusive boutiques, shops, and galleries. The beeline of bargainers is often seen drooling over gorgeous and trendy clothes and accessories. It’s an ideal location to spend time with luxurious gardens around before having delectable dinner at one of the outdoor cafes.
