CUBA: US visa holders require a tourist card issued in the country itself. It is valid for 30 days.
CHILE: US visa valid for at least 6 months will allow entry for up to 90 days.
COLUMBIA: With a US visa one gets entry for up to 90 days.
PERU: A US visa with a validity of 6 months. One can stay in the country for not more than 180 days.
